Pain Management In Madison Wi

Looking for a good pain management doctor in the Madison or Platteville area. I have been on methadone for severe pain following a failed double spinal fusion in 1999. The pain has been increasing lately, especially taking care of my 15 yr old daughter with special needs. My current "pain" doctor won't increase my dose or even discuss other options to help with pain. I need to be able to take care of myself and my daughter and need to have more pain relief.

I'd consider calling up a number of them to see if they are accepting new patients; as some aren't, but most usually are.
