Pain Dr. / Clinic In Knoxville Tn. (Top voted first)
UpdatedToday I was informed by my pain specialist in Knoxville Tn. I am being booted out. I have substantial medical proof of need for chronic pain. 5 yrs. of perfect urine , no missed appts. etc. A nurse practitioner pushed my buttons in the wrong manner. Told me I had 3 warnings for short medicine. Highest shortage was 7 pills. I've never asked for and early refill. 2 failed surgeries in my lower back , spinal cord damage in cervical as my arm is numb 70% of the time. I was supposed to have surgery after the holidays to correct this. I am 63yrs. old and without a compassionate Dr. I will loose most quality of life. I am not demanding certain medicines as many do. My daily dosage for 4 yrs. has been 4 10mg. IR Oxycodone and 1 12 hr. Morphine 15mg. 2x per day. Is there anybody in the Knoxville Tn. vicinity that can help me with a clinic or Dr. ?
Thankyou in advance

First rule. Do not piss anybody off that your lucky enough to get your meds from. No matter how clean, how perfect of a patient. Doctors are cutting us out, they don’t want the risk of loosing there license or being sued.

Do what others are doing when they are abused by their gate keeper to pain. Google Kratom. It's safe and very effective. Red Bali is the one best for pain. This is natural without additives pharm companies put in to make it distasteful to use. (like histamine) and anti histamines.
There is no way to abuse it or OD. If you do you begin vomiting until the drug level is below nausea stimulation. I've used it for peripheral neuropathy for 2 years now. I was shocked how effective it was. Look on you tube for more information (but there's a lot of non serious stuff there too). Be sure to follow proposals and new laws to make it illegal. Big pharma and health care people hate it. They lose money and the tight control and manipulation of your very well being.

In Tn. here were I live only Pure unadulterated Kratom is available. No convenience store etc. I went to a ' dispensary ' and Red Vein was recommended. Very explicit with dosage and do' and dont's. I have been dosing Kratom since Jan. 20th. By your recomendations. Dang you aren't kiddin , stuff is a literal God Send ! Got me through a wicked withdraw of 14 yrs. of Opiates. Today I am Opiate free By My Choice. I only dose at 2 or 3 capsules daily. The pain relief is great at the very least. I would not be Opiate free had it not been for Kratom.
Re: Optimistic (# 1)
Unfortunately I made the move in 2016 out of emergency for my daughter. Pa. has gotten just as bad. Pretty upset at this time , not even a thought to taper. My pharmacy contacted me , some type of blood pressure medicine..Really ? Never have I had and issue or complaint since being there. It was this new P.A. that for some reason had the hatchet ready for me since. I see my PCP Dec. 30th. he is aware 2020 has been a rough year for me. I had a sister pad of cancer along with a Brother In Law. Not letting it get me down. My PCP should be able to take care of my minimal dosage.

Re: Dallas (# 3)
Yes Dallas I now know , I guess you could say I took her for granted. I had to go through and evaluation today before I see the actual Dr. at a new pain clinic. I have tapered myself to 15 mg. of oxycodone daily. Tommorow I run out ! Can you or anybody tell me if Kratom helps with withdrawl ? Thanks in advance.

I’ve been following your story and I just wanted to say congratulations!! Good for you.. I’m just wondering if the Kratom the only thing that your using for your pain now? I am also a chronic pain patient since I was 19 years old due to a severe motorcycle accident. It changed the entire course of my life.. my injury’s were so severe that I had multiple orthopedic surgeries with many rods, screws and other miscellaneous nuts and bolts placed throughout my skeleton and I had third-degree burns on both of my legs which kept me in the burn unit for many months; having many invasive procedures to clean out all the dead pieces out of my legs.. I was given a pretty big monetary settlement but when you’re 20; you’re not thinking about what is going to be like when you’re 50 (I’m about to turn 52 in a couple of months) in the beginning and for the first 6/7 years I was on massive amounts of schedule two narcotics like Dilaudid and fentanyl and all that stuff and I found that (after I was out of the hospital) and could walk again and all of that stuff I found that I couldn’t function on all of those heavy duty pain killers. because I was so drowsy and so out of it you know.. you can’t drive because your under the influence of a prescription drug & you can’t cook because you might burn the house down because of the sedation effects from the medicine.. I mean it it really was a problem for me and so about 20 years ago my chronic pain doctor said let’s try to switch you to methadone and will give you something for breakthrough pain; but let’s see how that works and it was the best decision I ever made in my life… It Took roughly 7/8 months for them to Adjust the strength and once they dialed it in correctly and I was amazed with the results..
I was experiencing very rare incidents “breakthrough pain” that had to be treated with the 8mg Dilaudid pills and ever since I pretty much stopped taking every other narcotic prescription that I had been on fir years since the accident itself..
Best decision I ever made.. i’m thinking that I might want to lower the strength of my methadone and/or even try to get off it completely if I could but I do suffer from many many different skeletal and muscular skeletal issues and I’ve had 7 different orthopedic surgeries on my back my legs my hip my shoulder and on one arm.. i’ve heard of Kratom before but I’ve never heard of someone who is a serious chronic pain person that is suffering terribly but it would and/or could replace all prescription medication for pain...
Please let me know how you’re doing and how you did it like literally what you took in the beginning and in the middle and what you’re currently on and any other medication that you’re taking that do not have the narcotic in it because I can’t drive or function with those narcotics medicines...
Thank you very much and again congratulations I’m very very happy for you!!!

My best advice would be to move to a less red state where they actually care about people.
You might have better luck.
