If you are certain that is what this is, since you didn't post the pill imprint, this would be a generic for the mild narcotic pain reliever Darvocet, the strongest one available. It treats mild to moderate pain, doesn't work for everybody, and even though it is mild, it carries that same dangers as other narcotics, it can be addictive, cause respiratory depression and etc.
