This is a generic for Darvocet N100, a very mild narcotic analgesic.

what do those numbers mean (100-650)and also how many mg are they?

Those numbers are the milligrams.

The 650 is the mgs of Acetaminophen in this and the 100 is the mgs of Propoxyphene in it, this is the narcotic ingredient.
