mere dost ko brain me (little one side) problem hai. to wo kuch dawa to kha raha hai.par use practin bhi di ja rahi hai . to ye ggoli khana sahi hai kya? goli khane ke bad usaka ji machlata hai, aur nind bahot aati hai. kya kare.

Please I recommend not to use practin and dexona....for weight gain...
i used them for 2 mnths for weight gain...i gained 12 kgs in 2 months but after leaving those tablets..i had jaundice..and had anrexia and nausea ...and had no appetite..i lost all 12 kgs in only 15-20 days...but the symptoms continued..i had a doctor checkup ..he told me that it will take 8-12 months to recover..
However u can use only practin....

thanks nayan, i am also stop taking practin and dexona tablets, my doctor friends alwas said me dont take it.. i have also experiance of these tablet..

today i am taking ENDURA MASS BANANA FLAVOUR POWDER and feeliong very well i suggest my frnds to gain weight endura is best and no side effect.

you can use DEXONA & PRACTIN not much than 4 to 6 weeks,it has side effect until and unless if use for long time .stop using this drug not more than 6 weeks..i suggest to use protein powder available in modern market to gain weight

absolutely...u can use endura mass...endura creatine..bt not dexona...it reduces the spetm count in males and less oestrogen secretion in females..if u use dexamethasone for 6 weeks also..it's side effects..continues for a very long time..however practin is used as a suppressor of dexamethasone..ie cyproheptadine hydrochloride..

U can use Longifene tablets 3 times a day alongwith Cypon syrup...
2 teaspoon of cypon syrup before lunch and dinner...and 1 longifene tablet thrice a day 30 mins before breakfast,lunch and dinner..
try it for 2-3 months.....but these drugs are safe to use..cheers!!!

i am also facing same problem,after some days nayan advice me below tabs and i am feeling well u can also try this....

guys...dexona is a very cheap steroid...so it has long side effects,,,,normal method of taking dexona is 1 dexona and one practin early in the morning...before breakfast...this will continue for 14 days..after that..u have to stop taking dexona and practin...for 10 days..and then again the same cycle starts after 10 days and this will continue for 6 months...there will be no side effects if u use these tablets wisely as stated..remember to have one banana atleat while taking dexona...
another point is for better results u have to use "DEXONA" not decdan or oradexon...although the composition is dexametha but dexona is the ultimate medicine...

or if u want to gain weight with the help of expensive steroids then
u have to take mixogen and practin tablets twice a day...for one month...and have 2 bananas daily

Hai earlier I have used this but before the meal so that it made me so hungry then after for few months i left that now when i started using this tab again now it is not showing any result as the earlier where I am getting a lots of sleep but not the hungry and no change in the face as the earlier ... I am going with a combination of practin and Dexmethasone .. can you sujjest me any thing n this

Not use any weight gaining tablets....it only increase ur appetite. ..and weight too...its only for temporary. ..if u stop it ... u will lose ur weight again...over using of these tablets can cause you many side effects. ....so say no to tablets....join inba gim and use serious mass protein powder...its the best way to gain wait safely..without any side effect......stay safe ...stay fit
