Possibility Of Pregnancy? Plan B

After about 40 hours of ejaculation (box say 3 days limit) i took the plan b pill this past Tuesday; and a few (3) days after taking it my fiance climaxed inside me again. Then the next day (Nighttime 6ish) i got what i assume is my period. My flow has been heavier than it's ever been for the past few days (today being June 28th) and my cramps are more painful than its ever been. The pain woke me out of my sleep at about 5am and about 2 hours later i threw up, a lot. I've taken this pill three times before and have never had this reaction. The pills took before were the Plan-B One Step Brand. The recent one I have taken is an off-brand from a walgreens pharmacy. I've taken one BC powder and Two Midol pills and it subsided the cramping pain. Is there a possibility I could be pregnant?
