Positive Hair Folical Test

MY BOYFRIEND AND I GOT CAUGHT DOING METH ONE TIME AND MY COUNT ONLY PROVED TO CPS THAT IT WAS A ONE TIME USE AT 350 AND WHEN MY MAN OF 9 YEARS DID HIS TEST IT CAME BACK AT 4000 AND I KNOW HIS WAS A ONE TIME USE ALSO AND RECENTLLY WE FOUND OUT THAT HE HAD KIDNEY DIESES AND THE DOCTORS SAY HE HAS HAD IT ALL HIS LIFE COULD THAT BE A FACTOR IN WHY HIS COUNT WAS SO MUCH HIGHER THEN MINE ?
