I Have been using Levora0.15/30-28 and just got switched to Portia 0.15mg/0.03mg. My face has broke out just terribly. I read that androgen can caude breakouts. Does Portia contain it? I can find no ingredients lists.

No, it does not contain Androgen, it contains a form of estrogen, and a form of progesterone, both of which can cause acne as a side effect, in some people that take them, according to NIH reports. Other side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irregular bleeding, and irritability.
Why did they change the one you were taking? Are you on any other medications?
