Is the marking possibly Pliva 433? Can you please double check and post back?

If so, Major Pharmaceuticals list this tablet as containing 50mgs of Trazodone, which is an antidepressant that is also used to treat some severe cases of insomnia.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and weight changes.
