Please Help Re Oxycodone And Pain Mngt Tests

I have been on 30mg Oxycontin ER 2 per day, every 12 hrs. And Oxycodone 15 mg 3 per day as needed for breakthru pain. I rec'd some news from an ex girl friend that she was diagnosed with HIV. She told me to get tested. I was convinced I had it. I planned on killing myself but was getting some stuff in order and started taking ten of the 15 mg pills per day along with the two 30 mg pills just as a way to feel high and if it killed me so be it although that was not the way I was going to go out. This went on for 7 days until I got my results back...negative...so no HIV. This is Friday and I have a pain mngt appt on Monday...so 2 days. My question is if they were to test me and i start taking them correctly starting tom Sat...would 2 days of taking them correctly show my LEVELS as being in the correct range? And would I be better off taking a blood test or urine test so the levels would be correct? How.many days of taking them correctly...generally would I have to take them as prescribed to show correct level and what test blood or urine would be better to not show the 7 days of way too much? Thanks in advance and I guess I should have been 100% sure b4 i decided to party it up...duh.

Btw... I am on the above meds from car accident which left me t9 paraplegic. I suffer from back , neck and joint pain. I have never done anything like this before and have the schedled apt Mon June 3rd and i dont know if they will test or not....just wanna knowbif i shld b concerned if they do.
