Please Help. Yellow Or Peach Coloured, Round Pill. Imprints 100 On One Side And 4 Symbols Or Logo On The Other.

I was told it was Oxycontin SR 100mg, but it difffers in features from other Canadian pharmacy oxycontin.
One side has 100 imprinted. However, instead of the CDN imprint, there are symbols or a logo on the other side.
Looks a bit like a smiley face, but that depends on how you rotate the pill. Please see images below:

The symbol on the back side of the pill appears to be a P, standing for the manufacturer Pharmascience. Here is an image from their site:



If you visit their online product catalog at http:/­/­www.pharmascience.com/­Applications/­default.aspx?lang=eng-ca and then click on the letter T to view those medications, it is listed as Topiramate 100 mg. So it is not an Oxycodone.

If anyone doesn't mind there's is another pill I would like identified.

It is small, round, white, scored on one side, and has the imprint UPJOHN 45 on the other side.

The white pill with imprint code UPJOHN 45 is Deltasone 5 mg. The active ingredient is Prednisone. It Is Used To Treat Certain Inflammatory Diseases And (at Higher Doses) Cancers, But Has Significant Adverse Effects.

I need someone to identify this pill - it's a small tablet, yellow color. One one side, it has T100 imprint on it. On the other side, three small squares, two on the top and one under the left square on the top. Sorry I don't have a picture but I suspect it's some kind of psychiatric meds, possibly antidepressant or antianxiety. Thank you!!!

To Concerned Relative - having a hard time locating a matching ID from the description which you have provided. I've seen the imprint T100 before, but the pill is a white/grey color and it does not have the squares on the other side. Do you have any other clues as to who the manufacturer of this pill could be, or the country of origin? It might be a pill from outside the United States...

Thanks for looking into this. Fortunately, I did find the match for the meds. It was a genetic topiramate (antiseizure) meds manufactured by a Korean phamaceutical company. I appreciate your help nonetheless!!

that is not topiramate i take topiramate and it looks nothing like that for one the pill is way smaller(here in canada) only thing you got right is it is used for depression and to help you sleep

I have yellow round pills scored with 100 on one side and the letter Z on the other. . They said it was seroquel. . Make me sheep like a baby when dope sick. Is this what this pull actually is? Or could it be something eIse?

Yellow pill, round with 100 stamped on one side, blank on reverse. Challenged Son and claimed to be "Slow Release Morphine/ Oramorph" they are obviously street type pills, no box, leaflet, some are blank. Terrified someone takes them and they are morphine without the Slow Release. 100mg hitting someone would surely be potentially lethal. Also a small bag of blue round pills with DC - D imprinted on one side, googled this and found Activus Diazepam 10mg however these pills are all different shades of blue, chipped and some even reduced to powder, very concerned as many deaths in our area with "fake/street Diazepam"
