The closest match I've been able to find is a small white oval pill with the imprint PLIVA 616 on one side. This pill is Tramadol hydrochloride 50 mg; which is used for treating moderate to moderately severe pain. The drug has a wide range of applications, including treatment for restless leg syndrome, acid reflux, and fibermyosis.
