Sorry, there is no possible way to describe them all. This is available from many, many different manufacturers, and this it comes in pills of different sizes, shapes, colors and imprints. It is also available in lquid, capsules, and chewables, so nobody can you tell exactly what they all would look like.

There is no proprietary guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry that says all pills or products with that ingredient must all look the same. How they look is up to the whim of the manufacturer.

The only guidelines they must follow, as per the FDA, is that all prescription drugs sold in the US must have unique imprints on them for identification purposes.
