Patr R3

I found a pill which is kind of oval shaped. On 1 side it says 'PATR' and on the other side it says 'R 3'. It is yellow.

I was not able to locate PATR R 3, I did find R 3 with JANSSEN, Click here to see a picture of the pill.
If this is your pill it's Risperdal 3 mg, which is for the treatment of schizophrenia.
