Pain What Medicine Will Help

Fibro, CFS, osteo, haven't been able to get relief since they took Darvocet off market. Was on time release morphine for 2-3 years this worked. Take gabapentin 400mg am & pm. Obviously not working. Elavil 50 mg nite. Do acupuncture, chiropractor helps. If I'm active then I nose dive it immense pain. Epsom salts bath helps. Have Vicoden 350mg, if I take it on a regular basis I itch then have to take a shot of benadryl. I'm 71 and would like part of my life back. Is there anything that will help?

Has your doctor made any other suggestions?

There are other options you could try, such as Oxycontin, Oxycodone regular release or Dilaudid.

They are all classified by the FDA as narcotic analgesics, so it have the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Does anyone else have any suggestions that may help?
