When was this prescribed?
This is a medication called Balacet, which contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 100mgs of Propoxyphene.
The Propoxyphene is a mild narcotic pain reliever, but the reason I am asking about when it was prescribed is because it was pull from the market by the FDA back in November and no pharmacy should still be providing you with these tablets.
Propoxyphene was found to be cardiotoxic and its use has resulted in permanent injury to some people and, in some rare cases, death.
