P 28 Tablet Uses

I am 23 years old and this month I got my periods on time but there is no bleeding yet. What should I do? I am worried. Can P-28 tablets help in any way?

Each P-28 tablet reportedly contains the following list of active ingredients:

Ashoka (Saraca Indica) 300mg
Ulatkambal (Abroma augusta) 100mg
Dashmooli (Ten roots) 100mg
Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa) 100mg
Motha (Cypreus rotundus) 100mg
Satavari (Asparagus racemosus) 100mg
Ashwagandha (Wuthania somnifera) 25mg

Manufacturer's Dosing Guidelines:
1 tablet taken three times daily

This medication is marketed for a wide variety of uses, including but not limited to: hormonal balance, menstrual cycle rhythm (irregular periods), menopausal disturbances and dysfunctional uterine bleeding.

That said, it sounds like this may be beneficial, but I would still encourage you to consult a local gynecologist who can help you determine if P-28 tablets are right for you.
