Oxymorphone 5mg (Top voted first)
UpdatedWhat do they look like and whats the difference between them and opana 5mg?

The only difference is that Opana is the brand name for it and Oxymorphone is the active ingredient, thus the generic name.
There are several generics on the market and they will all have different markings, according to federal law, to enable their identification, in case of emergency.
Some of the descriptions and markings of 5mg tablets include:
E794 5, blue, round
54 596, white, round
E612 5, blue round
And this is not a comprehensive list, just a few examples.
If you have a tablet that you are questioning and it doesn't match any of those, please post back with the markings from it and I will gladly check for you.

Are there any questions or comments?
What milligram is a moon on one side and 228 and is it the same as the 10mg little round orange coated looking ones?
I have a question about Oxymorphone aka OPANA .I have stomach issue and need the coated tablet. My KAISER pharmacy just switched the manufacture again, this time it’s Aurobind.
What do you think of this brand? For the longest time I had the Mylan brand, then Qualites, now
Aurobind. Does this brand have Opana 5mg. have a good reputation? It looks coated, but it’s very tiny.
Thank you for help. I truly appreciate it.

I’ve been on the Aurobind brand of Opana 5 mg. for over a month, now. I do believe it’s coated. However, l’m not sure it’s as strong as the other brands. But with Kaiser Per manente, you have a very limited selection
to choose from.
But I’ve heard some mention, that even the strength of of a medicine can vary between
brands. Is that true? If so that’s crazy?
