Hi Jennifer,

It's important to know that there is no pill or supplement that will make you lose weight. Weight loss is achieved through burning more calories than you consume on a regular basis. Maintaining healthy lifestyle eating habits (a diet consisting primarily of fresh raw ripe organic fruits and veggies) and a consistent exercise regime is a much more effective and safer method to losing weight and keeping it off your whole life as opposed to relying on a diet pill to control your instincts. Of course everyone knows this, but not everyone practices what they know. Proper nutrition is really as simple as eliminating the foods that cause problems and consequently give people a reason to search for diet pills so they can continue to eat the way they do.

My opinion is if you know that Adderall is causing these cravings that enlighten you to consume more calories at night, then you should either exercise more in the day time to balance out calories consumed versus calories burned; and/or make better food choices during the day over a period of time that will allow you to crave more healthy foods as opposed to the refined or cooked foods that are the cause of this weight gain.

If you are consistently consuming fruit and veggies in replace of all other carbohydrate sources, this step alone should cause a significant positive impact on your body's metabolism, caloric intake, and provide you with an uplifting energy to get through the day without supplements.

I've tried Oxyelite Pro before and I think it is good at what it does best; which is curb the appetite and fill you with caffeinated stimulation; but I feel that if you take it too often you can become too dependent on it's stimulating effects. I think if you use it in moderation along with exercise, proper nutrition, hydration, rest, and other health factors, then it alone would be more than you need to lose weight relatively fast.
