I was prescribed oxys and did a ua for po in his office. My test results came back positive for opiates and negative for oxycodone. How is that possible, due to molecular similarities of the two drugs with a simple ua test? I would like to know if aspirin is in oxycodone. My husband has back pain and I have oxycodone/acetaminophen5-325 I use for arthritic pain. He is allergic to aspirin. So just to reiterate, there is no Aspirin in Oxycodone. Oxycodone is quite simply Oxycodone by itself.... Oxycodone + Acetaminophen on the other hand, is a different combination med (also known as Percocet), which does not contain any Aspirin either... I took an oxycodone 30mg on Sunday 5/17 and had to take a drug test on Friday 5/22. Will my urine come back positive or will it be out of my system? Hello I'm looking for a new Dr that will take over an fix my pain meds an other meds I'm on. I been to numerous pain management drs an tried pools tens unit all non narcotic an inj's which after the first bad episode they called them off. its in my records. i got them from a pharmacy in india and they ar blue with no marking and a slit on one side to cut in half. First off all I know that standard detection times for oxys are 2-5 days if ingested - is it the same if taken in other ways? I took 2- 30mg oxycodone Wednesday night and I have a drug test Friday afternoon will I pass this test? I took one 5mg oxycodone about 60 days ago and ex-wife is trying to get courts to order hair tests on both for custody case. Will this show up? I have and keep my hair very short and cut regularly if that matters. Not sure when test will be? ## A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample, cut at the scalp line, will go back 90 days. If you truly only did one 5mg oxy I am 99% sure you will be negative on a hair drug test. ## What about a one time usage of 10mg? I have a strange question which I can't really talk about with my doctor. I have been diagnosed as Bipolar. I am on anti depressants, anti psychotics and mood stablizors. I also take oxycodone occasionally but the weird part is it acts like speed in me. I get talkative, energetic and very spastic. I have been on oxycodone 15mg for awhile now and it's always been light green with a 214 on it. Today I got my prescription and it was changed to peach w 113 on it. What's the difference? Why do they do that ## The only difference is the manufacturer, the tablet you received still contains 15mgs of Oxycodone, it's just made by a different company. Since this is a generic, there are many companies that manufacture it and, when they need to restock their supply, your pharmacy will order from whichever company is offering the cheapest prices.
