I was in a car accident & have herniated disks in so much pain,&I can't find a pharmacist to fill out my prescribes for oxycodone 30mg. Can u please tell me of a pharmacy in nj I can go to. Try a 24 hr big pharmacy or a medical pharmacy in a bldg with a pain management Dr. That's the only way to find itand you have to do it before COB. How are you? They have just been manufactured by different pharmaceutical companies, which is very common with generic medications. RHO stands for Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and ACT stands for Actavis, but they are the same medication. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation. I have been trying to find out how opiate levels are checked in the urine? The pharmacy wont fill my prescriptions without my urine being tested for levels. I only take small amount of oxycodone a day. The thing is, it's not even enough. My pain is so high, that the oxycodone only helps for an hr or two then I suffer for 4 hrs before my next dose. So are the levels even going to be correct? I had back surgery for degenerative disc disease in November,1997 to relieve excruciating severe lower back pain.The neurosurgeon implanted a Bak-Cage, *L3,4 and 5*, Unfortunately the surgery was not a success which simply disabled me, I had no other alternative, I now rely on Social Security and I live my life in 'Chronic' extreme back pain, thankfully there are medications that can help. After my surgery, I began seeing a phyciaciatrist and he has been my doctor ever since. I was placed on OxyContin for a short time. Then I then was prescribed morphine. Ive been taking 20 mg oxycodone daily for the past 6 months just to take the edge off, didnt think it would be that big of a deal because Im not very familiar with the drug. Before that i was a heavy H addict for 13 years, but have been clean for the past year after going through a 2 year program at a commune. The last 2 days Ive been taking half a pill (5 mg) early in the day before work, than another 5 mg after work to somehow get throught the day. I got 3 days to myself now. I know its not comparable to the numerous weeks, months and years of withdrawals Ive gone through but its always messed up kicking this. Whatever these pills are, they are hands down the worst... They have zero effect on my cancer pain zilch.. Then I run into a online actavis recall of oxycodone. What the hell is going on? I was taking kvk tech K8 and wow the pain was long gone within 20-30 min and lasted a lot longer. However, here in Florida they are no where to be found. I need help. The docs that prescribe can't do anything. Walgreens are pretty much like hey that's all your getting. I hate even picking the damn things up period, it's like a sleeping pill? Went for my new prescription of Percocet today. Saw a P/A. Was given a totally new script: Alvogen Oxycod/ACET 10mg/325mg. Lower left bottom yellow label states 10mg oxycodone HCI is equivalent to 8.9637mg of oxycodone. This medicine is not working at all. Good day! My oxycodone pill bottle was accidentally dropped inside a cup of water. By the time I realized what had happened they were completely dissolved inside bottle. I can see a layer of the pills (27 10 mg oxycodone) at the bottom of the bottle with a water layer above. Should I use an eye dropper to take my daily dose? Will the water completely dissolve the potency over time? I've been taking oxycodone for about 2 1/2 years. I started off half 5/325 percocet and would get sick, but gradually now to 30mg at once every other day. I've been taking 20 mg at night lately, been taking during the day as well for the past 2-3 weeks. I have been feeling a little sick to my stomach, so I believe I'm beginning to feel withdrawal symptoms on my days off. Like I said I normally take 25 mg Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday - so about 5x a week and I want to stop now. I don't wanna go to a clinic. 12 years ago I was in a really bad accident. I woke up with 6 broken vertabrae, 11 more that we were told are consuidered the equivalent of severely stress fractured, my cocyx had been removed, my frontal lobes partially seperated, "no functional balance mechanisms" a damaged right hip and two shattered knees. And a bunch of mush more minor injuries. For some people, me for one, any of the codones, including oxycodone, is virtually useless. For severe chronic pain, it is my experience that there is quite simply, no substite foir pure morhne sulphate. I take the stuff only when I hurt to the point that I just have to have some relief. I found a pill that is white, with justthe number 15 imprinted on one side. Nothing else, no lines, letters, nothing. It is round in shape. I was told it was a15 Mg percocet from someone who is a veteran. I tried coming off my pain medications but the pain is so bad, I can't find anything to help the pain. My pain management doctor that accepts fidelis care NY in Rockland county NY retired. I need a doctor that accepts fidelis and prescribes oxycodone 10mg and roxicodone 30mg for multiple slipped discs, degenerative disc disease a cyst and tumor causing my spine to curve causing scoliosis. I noticed the bright blue does seem to work better than the lighter blue anyone else tell the difference? ## @SV96, Seeing as the dosage is the same, there's probably something different in the list of inactive ingredients that's responsible for the noticeable change in efficacy. My understanding is that certain binders/fillers can negatively affect bioavailability by hindering the absorption of the active ingredients that they are mixed with. But in order to know for sure what's causing the differences, one would need to compare these lists of ingredients first. Are these two oxycodone pills manufactured by a different company?
