Can a urine test tell the different types of oxycodone? Like tell between 15 mg of oxycodone and 15mg of percoset? ## No it cannot, you have no worries!!! ## evnshane, no worries. They are the same drug. My doctor prescribed me Percocet. The generic form of this is oxycodone.

What kind of pill is this? I've never seen it before. It has an M inside of a box on one side and the other side has a 30 with a line underneath it. ## This tablet is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 30mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. Aloha, I get my medication via the VA pharmacy in Oahu, and recently my doctor changed my Rx to be oxycodone immediate release 5mg. I always look up my medication to make sure what's on the pill is what I should be getting. I got a tiny round white pill with 223 on one side and the other side has a score line. Googling gave the answer that it is oxycodone hydrochloride 5mg, but didn't say if was or wasn't immediate release. I called the VA pharmacy and they said it is immediate release, and it's made by Golden State Pharmacuticals. However, I can't seem to find much online about this company and/or if this pill is or isn't immediate release. My doctor change my script from oxycodone acetaminophen 5-325mg to oxycodone acetaminophen 7.5 I'm allowed to start with one 7.5 and after an hour I can take another if my pain don't esse up I took one 7.5 than an hour-ish 1:15 later I took another but I fell asleep when I woke i took another not realize I already took my second one but the pain is the reason I woke up anyways so I now have (3) 7.5/325 within 2 hours will I be in danger of death? I have had a prescription for oxycodone for my back pain in the past and it was provided by a doctor at the emergency room. I also was referred to a pain clinic in Fairview TN a few years back, but now I am located in Waverly and someone told me a regular doctor can't prescribe oxycodone any more. Is this true or can my regular doctor give me a New prescription. ## A regular doctor can write for oxycodone. Just now the regulations are if the medication is needed on a continued basis for chronic pain that you will need to be seen by a pain management specialist. I take oxycodone. Became unemployed and no insurance to go to doc. Had old script for hydrocodone in cabinet. My pharmacy has been switching prescription generics between 15 mg oxycodone HCL tablets for more than a year now. It is not unusual for me to get a new generic every time I fill my prescription and in many instances they will give me two different forms of the generic for one prescription because they switch so often. They have now put me on AUROBINDO which does not work at all for my chronic pain and if that wasn't bad enough they also provide counterfeit information in the form of paperwork claiming that the drug I have been given is actually manufactured by Mallinkrodt. I haven't found any information on the one's that are imprinted with "RHO", but I get the sense that this could possibly be an abbreviation for Rhodes Pharmaceuticals as well. I have been on opiates for over 10 years now and after refining the dosage amount finally found at sweet zone at 135mgs Morphine per day. I made a big mistake and asked my Dr if I could get rid of the day time Morphine and try something that would not be so sedative during the day. I was switched to Oxycodone from Morphine (not what I asked). The Oxycodone absolutely sucks as it only works for about 3 hours. Are these pills legit? I think they're extremely low in oxycodone if not completely void of it. I also noticed the label on the bottle left the "e" off of oxycodone. Never saw that on any script i ever had. Are they supposed to be dark blue or light blue? ## I haven't seen any photographs of this pill to verify, but the product description by Epic Pharma (its manufacturer) just denotes them as being "blue" and doesn't get any more specific than that. I have to drop at pain management tomorrow. I am prescribed 5/325 but took two straight at 10. Am I going to be okay? ## Percodan, Percocet, Combuox, roxicodone and Oxycontin all produce the same lab test results. I'm not recommending you go against your prescription orders but as far as your urine analysis goes, oxycodone is oxycodone is oxycodone. He won't know unless you tell him but if you are having to take extra pills tell your doctor what you're on isn't working. Was given this to take every 12 hours by my pain doctor due to severe pain and having to have spinal and neck surgery. It really doesn't help and now people are telling me it's generic. I took a half 10 mg of oxycodone two days ago and that's all. Then I took a swab test today.
