I WILL SELF PAY ## Under the new regulations that went into effect on April 1st, doctors no longer have any choice but to be sticklers about prescribing such medications. If they aren't careful and don't very closely monitor their patients, they risk losing their license to practice medicine. And being a self-pay is just going to make it even harder. I have been on a regimen of hydrocodone by my pain management dr. for ruptured discs for a few years. This week I had to be at my parents to take care of my parents post her surgery. She has percocet (oxycodone) . I was without my meds and took two of hers instead. I know my Dr. uses a very sensitive drug test (what was I thinking?) and this was an inocent action...he would not be understanding! How long will this be in my system before my drug test in about 1or more months away. I have a petition against Actavis Pharmaceutical for distributing bad Oxycodone. I called Actavis on the phone and they claim that the formula is the same. In the past 6 months I was perscribed oxycodone 5mg. My bottles both say Oxycodone one 10 mg with the imprint watson 825 and one with 512 (white) labeled on it. I was prescribed hydrocodone/acetaminophen 5-325 TB for back pain. I ran out so I took a oxycodone 10mg for the pain. Today is the 11th of April and I have to go in and see my Dr. on the 14th of April. If he tests my urine what will the outcome be? Will it just show for opiates or will a Dr.'s office urine test be more of a specific test? what is a white oblong pill with the imprint ip 207 on it? ## Hi dale, From what I could gather, a white oblong pill imprinted with IP 207 reportedly contains 7.5mgs of Oxycodone + 325mgs of Acetaminophen, prescribed for moderate to severe pain. I haven't verified the manufacturer, but I believe it may be a company called Amneal Pharma, who is known to manufacturer similar pills with an "IP" imprint followed by a three-digit set of numbers. Plz help ## @Concerned mother, Based on your description, I believe you may have a 30mg oxycodone hydrochloride pill manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals (hence the R P). I'm not actually finding any images of this pill online, but the description seems to match up with yours, being a white round pill marked with a 30 on one side and R P on the other. Oxycodone is a semi-synthetic opioid used to treat moderate to severe pain, but is also very addicting/habit forming at that. They do not work and I get extra headaches from this pill/brand. I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS with Mallinckrodt but these suck. ## @jojo, Sorry to hear about your troubling experience with KVK Tech. According to a number of threads I’ve seen here on this site, KVK Tech is being widely regarded as one those Oxycodone manufacturers that people should steer clear of, since their tablets aren’t providing anywhere near the amount of relief as other brands/generics. Oc 80, ABG 80 and EX 80 are all IR 80mg oxycontin tabs. Don't try and tell me otherwise. They are Ir so smarten up. ## IR means immediate release and Oxycontin is a time released medication. Currently, in the US, the immediate release formulation is only available in 5mg capsules, the regular release is available under the name brand Roxicodone and its generics as just Oxycodone and the time released is only available as the name brand Oxycontin. Canada lists all the ones you've mentioned as being time released formulations. Made a mistake and took a 20 mg oxycodone pill and have a blood test in 20 days - will it show up? Also is the purpose of your kidneys is to filter your blood? ## No it will not. The blood is the first thing the drug leaves. But even if it was a urinalysis you would still pass. Thes class of drugs only typically stay in the system from 3-5 days depending how the frequency of usage. ## Just curious how you mistakenly took a Oxycodone 20? ## This is an old discussion. My 30 yr old son took one 15mg imm release for a broken tooth and 5 minutes after taking it he got called for a drug screen tomorrow morning. What can he do to get this out of his system??? ## It would've only taken a minute to get the drug out of his system if it had only been five minutes since it was taken.
