I take 120 mg of OxyContin twice a day and 4 30 mg oxycodone's a day for breakthrough pain about 4 hours apart from each other. I also have a spinal cord stimulator in my back. The battery in my back has to be charged about once a week. I thought it was the battery in my back that made me so hot!! I start sweating if I get nervous, anxious, and especially during the summer!! I can't get off my mess bc of the pain I'd have. An ex-boyfriend pushed me through a wall in our house and my back took the brunt of it! I'm just tired of the sweating for so many reasons! I look like I just got out of the pool! What's the point of hair and makeup when I sweat it all off? I'm so sick of this! Is it the meds I take, my battery or a combination? Please help with any advice!! Th...

Hello!!! This is a question for my mother, not me. She doesn't know how to use 'Net. She is in her late 40's and has horrible anxiety, and chronic pain [endo, back problems, cervix problems, fibroid, currently has sprained/bruised rib, and her uterus is backwards from giving birth to me, good job, me!] She was on oxycodone 7.5 but she lost one of her pain specialists because they accused her of "stealing" a bottle of oxys that were supposed to be for her upcoming surgery [hysterectomy] but we had problems w/insurance. I took three Oxycodone pills 3 weeks ago and I had a hair test done today. Will it show on the test? ## The only way it would show up is if the lab did a Hair 5 Panel Drug Test with Extended Opiates. A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. The Oxy is in the Extended Opiate part of the test. A 1.5 inch sample, cut at the scalp line, will go back 90 days. Usually an employer will only do the Hair 5 Panel Drug Test, plus, 3 oxy pills is not enough for it to show up. The fake a 215 oxycodone are darker blue and has water looking specks on them; more rough than smooth. The fake dissolve like cotton candy on your tongue vs the real ones that you have to suck on for a while to dissolve. The real ones have the original nasty pill taste. If you take the fake one orally there's no effect vs the itchy euphoric like feeling the real ones have. ## Are they bigger in diameter I have some and I'm questing the same thing ## Even if you knew the approximate pill diameter of a real A 215 Oxycodone tablet, counterfeits can always be made to look identical in size. 2017 I have chronic back and sholder pain and I cant fill my prescriptions anywhere in South Florida because all the pharmacies are full to limited alloted. Please someone tell me something I'm 44 yrs old I m fine driving a distance I just need my pain to be at bay. Thank you ## I need to find a good pain management clinic who takes Medicaid. Found one kind of close by, called and was told, yes, they take Medicaid, but that they will NOT write narcotic scripts for Medicaid patients! Isn't this a form of discrimination?!

I read this information about the pills on here and people want to make you think your crazy about medicine you have been taking for years. Like I have been taking the WATSON brand Oxycodone 10/325 for years and 1 always worked. It was the only pain med I was taking. I get up in the morning and hurt so bad I would take 1 and with in 15 minutes I felt I could make it through the day. I always had some left over every month. On Jan 2014 I went to get my meds filled and all the sudden no one seems to have the WATSON brand so I got stuck with ACTAVIS brand pill A333 on it for the whole month of Jan I hurt so bad then in Feb I told my Dr when I got my Prescription he told me to try another pharmacy. I recently tested positive for methamphetamine and oxycodone, I have not done methamphetamine for almost four years and no Percocet/oxycodone since april. i have tried everywhere in my county that i live in florida, get the same answer from all the walgreens and the pharmacies in my area they are out and dont know when they will have it if ever again. i think this is a shame for a person who has a prescription from a doctor and is in severe pain all waking hours. i think this is also a shame because all it does is gives the drug dealers on the streets a reason to charge $20.00 a pill and laugh at us all the way to their bank. there has got to be some relief for us honest people that are suffering and work hard to have insurance and be up standing citizens. i thank our governor for making this problem worse in florida and feeding right into the drug dealer hands. please can someone help and get the honest people who suffer everyday the rel...

I am currently on 4 30mg oxycodone ir a day and 2 2mg dillaudid a day. I've had 2 major surgeries and I'm I'm only 24 and day in day out in extreme constant pain. My question is would switching to OxyContin the new formula be as effective? Does it have the same euphoria or is it less effective than what I'm on? We are in Washington state. My wife has psoriatic arthritis, endometriosis, and fibromyalgia. She was force tapered to 3 30mg oxycodone a day and can now barely get out of bed, let alone work. Washington law lays out that chronic pain patients are absolutely able to be prescribed more than 120 m.e.d., yet the doctors we have seen won't go over that limit. We are trying to find a Dr that is willing to bring my wife back up to the dose she was on that let her live her life, not be bed-ridden from pain. I'm just curious if a pharmacist could tell me why they have to "verify" my oxycodone script? when they verify these prescriptions with the prescribing doctor, what exactly is being verified? Does the doctor himself have to take these phone calls all day from pharmacies? if im already in a pharmacies computer and getting same meds for a year, then isnt that adequate proof that my script is legit? or is something else being looked at? Was on 360 30mg Oxycodones a month for 5 years. Doctor has now switched me to 240 30mg Oxycodone and 25mcg Fentanyl patches. I seem to be hurting worse since going on the patches.
