If anyone knows of a pain management clinic anywhere in ga that prescribes 120-180 oxycodone (30mg), 60-90 xanax (2mg) and 60-90 adderall (30mg) please let me know the name and number of it. My husband has been out of his meds for a week and we both really need to find a dr asap. ## Try a pain management location in acworth. Where are you located in Georgia? Its always good to know a few people who take the same medication you do so if you run out or some other emergency situation happens they can possibly help you with a few till you can get your meds. I know of a few other Drs. Unfortunately you can't leave your email on here to talk privately because alot ...
I have received M30s, oxycodone 30mg immediate release, otherwise known as Roxicodone 30mgs. These were dispensed by an FDA licensed pharmacy. But there is no effect whatsoever and I am quite confused. How could a licensed pharmacy legally possess and distribute a tablet that is a fake imitation not made by Mallinckrodt? I know the FDA is corrupt but Jesus this has gotten quite bad. I guess that it could be a recall, but these are definitely scored and identified as Mallinckrodt so what is going on here? ## What are you saying? I take the medication and I have no problem with it. Now i am wondering. Is it sugar pills?? If so that is a legal issue, and I would jump on it. This has totally gotten uncontrolled. Pain patients get stopped suddenly off their meds they have been on for years. ...
I had been on Watson 10/325 for a few months for chronic shoulder neck pain. Yesterday I got a new prescription and CVS filled it with an A333 long pill (Actavis). Now I find ~ after questioning the pharmacist and scouring the Internet ~ that Watson is no longer available and {I also find} that the pills I received are probably Actavis' newly released abuse-deterrent pill. This was dispensed as a regular generic version of my Percocet prescription....of which nobody mentioned the switch. After taking one I became very ill, dizzy, sweats and had difficulty breathing for the better part of the day ~ none of which ever occurred with the Watson pills. Can you confirm that Watson will no longer be manufacturing the 10/325 Oxy and that these are actually the alleged "test" run of ...
Definitely not oxycodone. I am prescribed this. It is a generic Xanax (Alprazolam) 1mg. ## I'm just curious, who said that this pill was supposed to be Oxycodone? My research also verifies that a round blue pill with a cursive-like "R" on one side and "031" (over a score line) on the other half is identified as a 1mg Alprazolam tablet, used for treating anxiety. For added confirmation, the pill itself is reportedly manufactured by Actavis and carries a National Drug Code of 00228-2031. Hope this helps! ## No the blue Roxi 30's do NOT contain an opioid blocker....M 30/is what I get.. ## Absolutely positively has NO BLOCKER in them.12 years being on 30 mg oxycdone & someone's def misinformed you. ## No they do not, I take them for cancer, and asked the phar...
Small round blue pill with the imprint of K 9 on one side and nothing on the other side. ## This tablet appears to be new to the market, as I can't find a listing, but someone else has posted that they recieved it as a 30mg Oxycodone tablet. This is a very potent narcotic pain reliever. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. You can read more here: Does anyone else have more information? ## Yes, that pill you are describing is oxycodone 30 mg. I was just prescribed that medication today and that's exactly what the pill looks like. I've never seen this type before either but I heard elsewhere while doing a search that a new manufacturer was approved this past August/September which is probably why it's difficult to find anything o...
Has anyone gotten severe abdominal pain from taking these pills? I've been on oxycodone for years and never had pain from taking it. My pharmacy switched brands and now everytime I've taken it I've had severe pain in my right, mid to upper quadrant. I've tried eating. I've tried more water. I'm at a loss considering I have 27more days to go till a new script and I'd have to find a new pharmacy. ## Hi Devin, Sorry to hear about your situation. "Stomach pain" is actually listed as a side effect of Oxycodone at: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMHT0011542 NIH.gov goes on to note that you should contact your doctor right away if you experience such symptoms. My theory is that it probably has something to do with the different set of binders/fillers in this ...
My father is 84 years old and he is a very “tough man” that has an extremely high tolerance to pain. Over the years he’s had different medical conditions that would require pain medication is like Norco or Percocet whatever and he was given them but he rarely took them and now he has been given restless leg syndrome diagnosis and he is in excruciating pain. I mean excruciating to the point where he is screaming in pain crying and just can’t take it and now he’s thinks that he can’t live his life the rest of his life in this excruciating pain. And he has been on Norco 5/325 for over 20 years one twice a day is the directions because he has a couple of chronic conditions that caused him pain but the amount of Norco he’s been given over the last 20...
MY EASTLAND PHARMACY DOESN'T CARRY MY PAIN PILL WAS THE ROUND YELLOW W/C ONE SIDE AND 230 THE OTHER. THE PILL IS 325/10 OXCODONE. THE YELLOW C 230 WAS MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE THAN WHAT THE PHARMACY CARRIES NOW IP204. CAN YOU HELP ME FIND A PHARMARCY THAT CARRIES THE YELLOW 230 C PILLS THAT I USED TO GET EACH MONTH. ## Hello, Joe! How are you? I'm very sorry about the problem you're experiencing. Unfortunately, there is no database that lists which manufacturer's products are carried by which pharmacy, even if someone tried to set one up, the information would be so dynamic that it would be virtually impossible to keep it updated accurately. Which generic a pharmacy carries can vary, depending on which supplier was offering the cheapest price through their distributor at the ...
Does a small light green tablet with break line for 1/2 a dose imprinted A 214 help treat chronic pain? ## I have been looking for information regarding the connection with ptsd and chronic pain. I have been diagnosed with ptsd from a a car wreck that occured in march of 09. I substained several injuries. To mention four fractured ribs, a fractured collar bone and a possible fractured neck. I understand that I have had time for my injuries to heal but I am still experiencing severe pain, even in parts of my body that werent injured during the wreck. I have been told two totally opposite things about this. One is that I must have a severe/chronic injury such as spinal damage to experience chronic pain with ptsd. The other thing I have been told is that with ptsd you do not have to experi...
I'm trying to find names/photos of otc pills most resembling little blue oxycodone pills. Why is a long story. Thanks, all. Please help. ## There are many, depending on the type of Oxycodone pill and far too many to list or post pictures of. However, the markings should always give them away, it is very easy to check a marking and discover what a tablet contains. If it is a U.S. prescription tablet, then the markings will be in the FDA databases. ## I found some Roxicodone 30 mg tablets in a blister pack. The packaging looks legitimate, but the pills have crumbled edges and no markings. They are a pinkish brown color, and I've never seen them before. Are they real? ## sneakymunky, if there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what these tablets conta...
What is a round white pill marked with tcl-272? How many milligrams of oxycodone does each tablet contain? ## Hi eve, A round white pill marked with "TCL" over "272" (divided by a score line) on one side and blank on the other is identified as a 400mg Guaifenesin tablet; an expectorant used for thinning mucus [a cough medicine]. The manufacturer is Time Cap Laboratories, hence the TCL. I have also seen no shred of evidence suggesting that it could be oxycodone, so whomever told you this may have intentionally mislead you, because that is just so far from the truth... I hope this info helps. Have a happy thanksgiving! ## Thanks for the answer you replied to someone else. I was worried for a moment. I just got a cheap mucus pill. Not sure where it came from so was just che...
Hello, I was just prescribed by my pain doctor oxycodone 30 mg imm rel tab I get 90 pills every 2 weeks cause I have bulging disc in my neck C3-C6. This is my 5th different med I have taken I have been switched so many times trying to find something stronger that will relieve my pain. I have had 3 different neck procedures going on my 4th procedure in 2 weeks. Here is my question - I was told that this medication is 2x stronger then the one I was previously on which was hydrocodone 15mg rel tab however, this new medication doesn't feel stronger if anything I am getting sick off of it vomiting all the time and always sleepy on it as oppose to my previous medication which would relieve the pain but it would sometimes take 3 all at once to kick in crazy I know but true. Granted I just ...
I have an illness that caused extreme pain and the inability to walk. At least with pain meds I can get around. I can no longer find any pharmacy to fill my medications. Even the pharmacy that I am a long term client. I can even get it there. Please help. I am not looking forward to bed sores. ## Unfortunately, shortages are experienced almost every year. When it comes to controlled substances, such as Oxycodone, each manufacturer is only allowed to produce a certain amount per year, once they have hit that amount, they must stop manufacturing, unless they request and receive special dispensation to produce more, or until they receive their new allotted amount for the next year. The amount they are each allowed to produce of each controlled substance is based on the prior years producti...
Can they tell in a lab test how much you are taking? ## Yes, they can. In many cases, when someone is in pain management, the doctor uses a certain mathematical formula based on the prescribing frequency, the dosage, the person's age, weight, health and etc. to figure out an estimate range that their levels should fall in. Anything that goes much higher or lower than that range alerts them to a possible problem. Learn more Oxycodone details here. Is there anything else I can help with? ## What is the mathematical formula doctors use to determine the range your levels should be in? I'm looking at results of my urine drug screen and cannot understand if the test is ok or not. The hydromorphone level in my system is 334 ng/ml and I'm on 30 mg extended release every day. My alpr...
If it's prescribed every four hours, how many times a day is it? ## If you take a dose first thing in the morning and then factor in 8 hours of sleep, that's 5 times in a day. Though technically every 4 hours covers 6 times in a 24 hour period. Using a simplified example: 8 am - wake up, take a dose 12 pm - take 2nd dose 4 pm - take 3rd dose 8 pm - take 4th dose 12 am - take 5th dose, go to sleep sleep until 8 am next day Of course the above is oversimplified. If you aren't sleeping through the night you might need a sixth dose in a 24 hour period. Something to work out with your doc. ## How many tablets are prescribed for how many days ? Every 4 hours in a 24 hour period is usually for those that just had surgery. All others that say every 4 hours usually means 4 times in a...
Can I take a 5 mg oxycodone 2 hours after taking two hydrocodone for a bad headache? I had gallbladder surgery and think the anesthesia gave me the headache all day. ## Have they both been prescribed for you? Sometimes these medications are taken together to help improve pain control, but you should not do so on just a whim of our own, due to the risk of overdose. The FDA also warns that they carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Are you on any other medications? ## I took the last of my hydrocodone 10mg and when i went to pick up my prescription my doctor switched me to 30mg of roxicodone. So now should i wait until tomorrow to start them or can i take one even though i took a hydrocodone 10mg...
I'm in calhoun ga.... i need to fill my rx for 30mg oxycodone 120 count. Any suggestions?? ## I had been visiting a doctor in Cartersville and have been unable to reach his office this week for my 30mg oxicordone can you recommend a doctors office for me ## I need to find a new doctor somewhere near Atlanta, that can help me renew my 30mg oxicodone, I am having trouble trying to reach my clinic in Cartersville and I'm about to run out! Can anybody help me with a new clinic? ## My advice would be to make sure you aren't just calling the pharmacies to ask. If it's just a voice on the phone, they have no way of knowing whether or not you are a legitimate customer in need or a potential thief. Thus, most will just say that they don't stock any controlled substances. To g...
I just started the 20mg Immediate release,3 a day and my pharmacy that i have used for years stated my Dr. would have to increase my meds within 2 months to at least 4 a day. Just wondering why he doesnt have me on a long acting pill and are the immediate release oxycodones better??? 3rd stage cancer suvivor,DDD in cervical and lumbar, neuropathy, herniated discs and 8 surgeries in the past 3 years... Whats the best out there, have tried the MS Contin and now finally have full insurance.. any replies greatly appreciated ## Hello, Barbieann! How are you? There is no way to say for sure that you'll need an increase that fast, it can actually vary from person to person, depending on your tolerance to narcotics. And these aren't immediate release, that's only available in a 5mg ca...
pharmacy gave me large white 30mg round tablets are they real ## Hello, Nikki! How are you? What are the markings on the tablet? I need this information in order to be able to identify them for you. Can you please post back and clarify? Thank you! This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## Sounds like Rhodes which is a real weak version of oxycodone.
what is the difference between the a 215 and the a51 30 milligram ## Hi Michael, The A 215 Oxycodone 30mg tablet is made by Actavis, and contains the following set of inactive ingredients: corn starch + FD & C Blue No. 2 + FD & C Blue No. 2 Aluminium Lake + lactose monohydrate + microcrystalline cellulose + silicon dioxide + stearic acid + glycolate The A 51 Oxycodone 30mg tablet is made by Amneal, and contains the following set of inactive ingredients: corn starch + lactose monohydrate + microcrystalline cellulose + sodium starch glycolate + stearic acid + D & C Yellow No. 10 + FD & C Blue No. 2. As you can see here, there aren't any major differences other than a few subtle changes in the list of binders/fillers. However, to my understanding, even a slight differen...
