No, the doesn't mean they are fake, so as long as your received them from a licensed U.S. pharmacy they shouldn't be anything to worry about. Some just dissolve easier because the manufacturer uses different inactive ingredients. You can avoid this in the future by swallowing them immediately.
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
