Oxycodone Levels For Pain Dr.
(Newest replies first)
Updated
I have been prescribed .5 oxycodone twice a day for back and leg issues. I had to take more than normal the first of the month so I haven't had any in several days. I have an appointment with my pain Dr in a week and my levels have to be up in order to get a new prescription. If I take 6 closer to my appointment day, will that be enough to make my levels high?

the reason we wanna know all these questions is not because they wanna outwit the dr. Its so when a broke azz drug dealer tries to sell 500 oc 80s the person buying them aint gettn beat...everyone im not a dr. But......let me juss say / if your getting more then one and there all different sizes and colors somethings wrong hold em close to a light n open your eyes. Da dump da dumps....
@sgtsweat,
James is correct, it is not smart or safe to take more medication than you were prescribed. If your prescription wasn't strong enough, you should have spoken with your doctor right away instead of taking more than you were supposed to. I'm sure your doctor will understand if you are honest about what you've done, and may give you a stronger dose. However, it's impossible to know for sure if he'll trust that you won't abuse the medication. If you are seriously in need of medication, communication with your doctor and trustworthiness are both very important so that you can continue to be prescribed what you feel is necessary.
I hope this helps you to make wiser decisions about your medication in the future. Good luck.
This is so stupid, you are over using and want to know how to fake out the Dr. Next time you have an idea "Let it go"
Drugs are to be used as directed, otherwise call the Dr and ask about the ineffective meds he prescribed. Or act like an addict and do what you did. He may have more respect and trust if you had called and had a conversation. This Guy has to follow rules, So Do You!
I am following the rules and if needed I can call and adjust my meds, but I have a responsible Doctor, and I have been honest about what works and what won't. Try to be honest and hope that he helps you to a bigger dose or something stronger, don't Lie. It makes you a"Liar"
