Oxycodone Difference In Pills

I take Oxycodone for pain and usually take the 15mg ones and I went out of town and due to the strick rules had to take some leftover 10mgs. Here is the thing they don't seem to help as much even doing the 15 so 1 and half of a 10. Should be the same mg for mg but it wasnt in fact I even had some withdrwal type feeling. Why is that? Has anyone else had the issue? I took the same amount mg for mg per day yet had no energy at all and felt off.

There can be fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic medication to another. They are allowed to differ by plus or minus 20% under the Hatch Waxman Act of 1984.

Thus, the 10mg tablets may be lower and that could have caused the problem.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
