How effective are the A51 blue oxycodone pills? Does it work like the mbox 30's V's Or A215???

It is very effect depending on whether or not you have a tollerence even then it feels great for recreational use I only take them when I'm able to for my back and leg from a car wreck but other than that they help take away more pain than any other pill I have used for chronic pain and I've taken multiple opanas at once and roxy 30's always helped.

I took one and i didnt feel anything and i normally take vs or a215 i thought they all was the same

The DEA wouldn't stand for anybody to be prescribed more than 180 per month. All of the patients I have met that go where I go for pain management have been cut back because not only our state mandates that patients shouldn't be getting this much, they are being prescribed too much. They end up taking only a fraction of them and sell the rest. There's the ability to take Oxycontin and oxycodone together one for breakthrough pain and the other as a long acting to eliminate in between mini withdrawals that happen from taking so much. Higher levels like this create pain for most people once their tolerance has built up. Watch what happens if you take half of the prescribed amount for 2 days. I guarantee that the effect is much better on the 3rd day. The phenomenon is called hyperalgesia or opioid paradoxis. Paradox is literally when you take so many that you cause yourself pain, sweats and withdrawal from high concentrations in the bloodstream that create a high tolerance. Once you back off for a few days, low doses successfully work to eliminate pain again and the "euphoric" effect may return as when you first started taking them. The more pain you have, the less feeling you'll get anyway, so you may only need the pills to successfully take the edge off, or to make you not care about the pain.

To make you all aware, the A51 blue roxicodone is another brand that makes the same pill. The fillers used in these pills may change the effect of the oxycodone. All manufacturers use different fillers because some fillers are patented. To make these pills more effective, I suggest ingesting something with natural sugars, citrus products and stevia. The old Sierra Mist soda used to do it for me, now I am finding that the new Pepsi 1893 and Coca Cola Life works too, but the citrus component is missing. Try a shot of lemon juice then follow it by chasing it with the coca cola life.

It does not have an abuse blocker.. naloxone is not an ingredient in oxycodone. In fact it would be doing a disservice to the person that this pain medicine is prescribed to. They need it to get rid of pain, or lessen the pain, the naloxone would stop the receptors from achieving this "pain relief."

I have found that, in my own opinion through personally funded "research", that they differ in strengths based on the manufacturer.. I know it sounds crazy because there are tons of regulations needed to be followed in order to guarantee the same effect of the renewed product to cover all the basis that the latter brand did previously so there's no change between prescriptions filled at one pharmacy to the next but I have come to believe that in order from least to greatest, each brand has different strengths. 1-"the box "M". 2-"V's" 3."A-214" (may be off by a number but it's the activist brand with the "A" that is the strongest, I haven't added the newer "a" version I just came across this info today as a matter of fact, but will be adding to future research.

Hey guys I read a comment that said they have been taking oxycodone 30mgs regularly and they got one and it made them very sick.. Swim had a similar event occur, it made swim feel like they were burning up from the moment swim took it.. vomiting did also occur but just like you swim was dumbfounded because swims tolerance was very high and only took one or two and had this happen. The answer swim had found out is there are some fake oxycodone along with (?) other medications. It is really "w-18" and is not an opiate, no matter how much the news says it's 10,000 times stronger than morphine.. because it's not even an opiate, it was designed as a pain reliever in the 80's but there was no proof that it had any pain relieving properties whatsoever.. but it is very dangerous because it is imprinted with your pill of choice, and is not really what you think you are getting. And the amount could have been more than a beginner should have came into contact with.. All I'm saying my fellow friends, is be very careful. Not that this is not dangerous enough on its own but now fake ones that are flawlessly copied to look like what you are used to are now making there way around everywhere... It does have an abuse blocker called "Targiniq". Read through the PDF like I did and find out that this "Targiniq" activates and blocks all euphoria when "abused" or mixed with alcohol. TRUE FACT, so far the M30s, A215, K9 do not have this anti-abuse feature.

Folks...some of you are way misinformed....these A51's do not, but they DO make oxycodone / naloxone in the same tablet!..Those of you thinking they wouldn't put naloxone in with oxycodone because they would counteract each other are wrong!..They make them & have been making opiate / naloxone combos for years!...The naloxone doesn't work orally so if you take by mouth normally, the pain med works like normal, but if you abuse it, then naloxone takes over & overrides the opiate causing withdrawal & no euphoric feeling or "high". So YES they do mix naloxone & opiates for abuse deterrents, for you know it alls who are wrong btw.

I said I came across some that the pharmacist said where made so people wouldn't crush them. They're oxycodone not oxycotin. He told me the only way the other part was released is if it was crushed. You can look them up if you don't believe what I was talking about. The ones with an A 215 or M do not have the anti abuse stuff in them.

I am not sure about the extra additive he said was in it but he did say it was put there as a deterrent to crushing them. I never said what kind of drug was in it just that it is similar to the drug they add to Methadone and Suboxone. Didn't mean to start a panic. If you think you might have that kind just search them on your phone and it will tell you what you have. Be calm and do your research.

I will be honest they work just as good as the other name brands you mentioned. Except for maybe the v's.. Did a doc prescribe them you don't have to answer that. Where is your pain

What was said was that a registered pharmacist said there were new IRs that are made with a deterrent in them so people don't abuse them, then everyone started freaking out. I would suggest if you're in doubt about any meds you are taking to be sure you ask a Dr. or Pharmacy about it or call poison control if you want to identify them. If you think you don't have the right kind don't tamper with them. The new OP oxycontins have a deterrent in them also! This is happening because there's too many people that really need their meds but can't get them because of those being irresponsible with them. This reminds me of the Reagan Days (war on drugs, just say "NO") - That's what Trump was going on about last month. Good luck everyone, being in bad pain really sucks!

I have been prescribed 30
Mg oxycodone for over 4 years due to injuries sustained in Iraq and Afghanistan. The A51s are the best and while they can be prescribed with Naloxone they have to be ordered that way in my opinion they are the best
