A51 has no naloxone in them. I just called amneal the company who makes them!! They are 100% instant release oxycodone generic 30mg!! Get your facts right!!

The E8s are put out by Epic Pharma. In my opinion they rank higher in function and deliverance than the Vs and the AIGs. The Mbox and A215s ranking the highest. Followed by the K9s then the E8s, then the Vs and lastly the AIGs. As for these new A51s. I had one...but didn't try it becuz of what I was reading (in this forum), wish I would have tried it now.

I do not take my pain medicine any other way than by mouth. Who cares what number is stamped on the pill. It makes those people making these comments come across as druggies. And ithought these forums are from people who have real pain and want to discuss that pain with other and be supportive to them. NOT always bring up the things I keep reading. On here. The personal attacks towards each other on here toward each other are a joke. So if any one can post a web sight where real people do interact with each other about true pain management and there medical issues in a friendly way. I for one would participate in something like this. And I welcome any one to post links to these type forums. I have been entertained a lot here at posts. People name calling and bragging about how they abuse this drug so. Forth. It's tragic but funny at the same time. Most likely this place is being monitor by big brother. They do do those kind things. I do t want my name associated with these types. Who have nothing better to Do than comeon line. And post this stuff.

Actually, although naloxone is an opiod antagonist and "blocks" (not really the chemical mechanism) opiate absorption. It has, in fact, been added to opiates to prevent overdose for many years. Darvocet N-100 was the first, about 40 years ago. The idea is that the ratio of naloxone to opiate is rather small so it only "kicks in" when enough of the chemical is ingested. Furthermore, it also prevents absorption in smaller quantities if used intravenously. This is all moot with regard to the A51 since it contains no naloxone, but seems there was a lot of misinformation being thrown around. Be very careful when calling someone a m****; you may not know all that you think you do.

Yes, he must be a stupid child or be a real ****n. Out of all of the instant release Oxycodone tablets on the market there isn't even one that has naloxone in them. Oxycontin and generics that were made before they were made with propylene glycol (which is the plastic base) is in the new oxycontin tabs. There are no US approved generics for oxycontin at the moment and all of the others have been taken from the market due to patents issued to Purdue Pharma. Nobody makes anything similar but Opana and until the patent expires, there won't be generics.

Actually dude you are wrong. They came out with a product called targiniq which is naloxone and ocycodone but the naloxone only becomes active if you crush the pill...brought to you by Purdue pharma... They are not the a51s though.

THANK YOU! I'm in the same boat. Thought this was a thread for real questions regarding rx medications such as oxycodone, etc. and not a thread on ways to "beat the manufacturer" to achieve a stronger effect or whatever. I have questions too regarding my medications, but feel like this is a waste of time for the most part unless you're trying to find ways to abuse them. If you ever come across something legitimate, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thanks!

You guys should really do your research... They absolutely make a pill that includes both Oxy and Naloxone [brand name: Targin], only to prevent abuse (naloxone released if pill is tampered with).

They do put the blocker in some morphine pills but it's just if you bust it. As long as you take by mouth you don't get the blocker but they are putting it in pain pills to stop peaple from busting them and abusing them.

This is pure bulls*** because it also has the same component as suboxone aka naloxone and only if u abuse the a51 30mg perk then it activates the naloxone, so u are forced to swallow / take orally

Listen the a 51 oxycodone HAS NO BLOCKER IN IT! It is a normal roxy just like the a's, k's, m's and any other ir oxycodone pill you get with no tylenol in it! What is wrong with you guys! It's all in your head! One person makes a false statement and you think god spoke to you! I flat out asked my pharmacist and he told me there is only one oxycontin pill wit Naloxone in it and it's name is tarniq (may be spelled different so excuse me if I missed spelled!) Please people, don't listen to one person. Ask your pharmacist if you have questions. I will close with this however. The A51 roxys are not the best. I have recently gotten new ones with the marking e 8 on them that are as good if not better than the m box. So if you can ask pharmacy to order for you I highly recommend it.
