If you don't mind saying "realpatient73" why are you prescribed 360-30 mg tablets a month?

Well then, it doesn't make sense until you truly know the facts. One thing that is stupid is the fact that an instant release tablet can't have Naloxone in it because Naloxone is a drug that needs to be released orally, into the mouth, sublingually, as suboxone is used, so the instant release pill would touch the tongue and release the naloxone instantly risking putting somebody into instant and deadly withdrawals the second they placed it in their mouth, well, once the drug soaked into the nerves in the mouth. Anyway, they do make an extended release oxy pill that is called Targiniq, which is coated and contains Naloxone. If you swallow it, the Naloxone has no effect, so it is anti-abusive in the sense that you can't tamper with it. That is the true reason why it is made and there is no way to isolate it without losing the active ingredient. The instant release pill could not possibly have that and the reason why these are made is so the folks going to pain management who have a record of abusing these drugs can't do so and they could just swallow their pills. It sounds like a last resort tablet that they give you before tossing you from the program. One day there will be an easier way to stop the abuse, or perhaps a new way to get past the addiction without costing a fortune or going through a w/d.

You are right! The U223 and U224 extended release pills are the ones that contain neloxone(however it's spelled) to prevent people from abusing them.

E8s are my favorite! They work good and fast and are very strong! :) I did receive some fakes though that were lighter than they were supposed to be so be careful. Their was something in it though, tasted and felt like a benzo was in the fakes. Real ones should be a darker blue.

You 1000 percent wrong a51 is no different then all the other Oxy 30. I use to get them . A51 . THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY BLOCKERS . You can get hurt taking them just as much as any other kind. Im sorry . But if you don't know the facts . Don't post your own "facts" if you don't know the facts

The naloxone is not absorbed when taken orally. When administered intravenously or insufflated, the naloxone gets absorbed countering the opiate. It is not in an A51 pill.

I have roll my eyes when I read some posts. Thanx for the facts, people will read this crap for hrs. instead of googling the facts, not what some person said. I knew there was a problem when it's 150% different

Be careful what you say. These pills have been approved, but they are NOT instant release, and they are only prescribed for those who are known to abuse their meds. Here you go, the name of the pills are Targiniq and they do exist.

You need to do your homework before you post content for the world to see, that kind of thing could make people worry free, allow them to smash them up and kill themselves, especially if they are currently addicted to oxy because the pills would put you into full w/d if you did anything other than swallow them.

If swallowed in one piece, Naloxone can't be absorbed. If tampered with, it is instantly absorbed putting somebody that does so into full w/d immediately which could be potentially deadly and by posting your message would make people think that if they didn't look into it before doing so, which could end up putting responsibility on your shoulders, as well as the medschat discussion forum for allowing your misinformation. I advise anybody looking at this post that I replied to, you should disregard this statement and look up every drug before messing with it. Prescriptions shouldn't ever be consumed by those who aren't prescribed them anyway. I'm not advocating anybody abuse anything, but there is an Oxycodone/Naloxone drug out there, and it probably won't be long before a generic hits the market.

Now, please do some research before listing NONSENSE!

Hey Buddy, you need to do your homework a bit better before you start telling the world something that is NOT true. It's a real shame that you truly do not know what the heck you are talking about, and if you knew how dangerous it would be for a generic instant release pill to have naloxone in it without the recipient knowing could kill them. The A51 pill does NOT include Naloxone.

The difference between the A215 and the A51 are that the pills come from two different manufacturers. A215 comes from Actavis Pharma and the A51 comes from Amneal Pharmaceuticals. They are identical with 30 mg of Oxycodone Hcl but the 2 may have different fillers being that fillers for all pills may differ from one manufacturer to another.

They have an opiate blocker in it. I dont think they do BC they r an opiate so wouldn't that defeat the purpose. Naloxone is the active drug in suboxone so it would be like taking a sub with a 30, it wouldn't work. I think the a51 are the er pills so they have the same thing in it that the new oxycontin has in it so u can't abuse it. It gels up.

You're ABSOLUTELY RIGHT why dude thinks it has an Opiate blocker is beyond me.... he must be thinking it's something else.
