Compared to other painkillers, how well do these work together - oxycodone and zanaflex?

It really depends on the person, since everyone is different.

The FDA does warn that Oxycodone carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache.

Have they both been prescribed for you? The NIH does warn that you may experience more side effects, from combining them, such as more severe dizziness, and drowsiness.
