Has anyone else taken methamphetamine and oxycodone at the same time? Like a few minutes behind each other, but you know with in the same time period? Anyone heard of bad effects from this?

Shock huh?? What is the actual cause of death? Im curious .. are you sure you guys arent thinking of cocaine and opiates i have never heard that about meth and oxy . In fact i know many professed meth addicts that have prescriptions for very potent analgesics (oxy morphone , fentynal ect.) And there doctors are aware of there meth addiction . Its almost like you guys are saying if you do meth you cannot talk pain medication even as prescribed or you will DIE . The truth is that any drug you take has many risks . But meth and oxys are far from infamous for death. The main thing i wish to urge people to not use opiates i.e. heroin, oxy, norco, ect. If you dont know or especially if you have never taken them before or you dont know your tolerance . And please never mix benzodiazapines i.e. xanax kalonapin. Valium with anything . This is extremely dangerous this includes alcohol in fact thats a proven deadly combo . They both effect the gaba receptor in your brain . You stop breathing or heart can stop beating . Always be aware that knowing your tolerance to opiates is very important . Take a very little amount of less potent opiate to test like 5 to 10 miligrams at first no more than that . Also be aware that your tolerance goes away or resets fairly quickly . So just because you took 40 miligrams three weeks ago and nothing since that that is now a safe level . Be careful educate yourself . Ignorance to these drugs is the main cause for overdose . Just remember heath ledger

Thats a wierd question .. are you meaning health wise ?? Meth has more side effects then oxycodone . But you can overdose on too much oxycodone cant meth . Sooo either choice is dangerous meth is worse for you if you are taking a safe dose of oxy

I used to smoke meth and heroin at the same time. One hit meth then one hit heroin and repeat as much as you like my limit was usually like half a point of each. I never had any problems from doing it just got retardedly f***ed up I would say not to do it because it is a horrible idea like people already said it can cause you to go straight into shock cause out body can't handle it. On the other hand I had a friend who did it one day and it didn't do a thing to him cause mixing that strong of a downer and an upper might just cancel each other out its like how meth addicts do some H so they don't have to come down from being up for a week and so they can sleep. If you are going to so it at least don't so a lot and then wait an hot or so and see how f***ed up you actually are I've seen multiple people go into shock and die from speed balling an upper and a downer one after another.

O.p. 10 miligram. = oxy contin 10 milligram lasts about 12 hours roughly and you can't do them iv however these are beautiful for an addict who does not have enough money to get 10 stupid Roxy's aday

So I've had early tonight about 2 point of meth. Witch I only have every so often as I like my weed most. I've found I really struggle to sleep on it. But wouldn't mind getting some sleep later as I'm out of weed witch I would usually have to help me sleep when on meth. But I do have a lot of oxy's laying around as have tryed 2 or 3 times but wasn't a fan as the just made feel sick in the stomach and a bit spacey. So meth then oxy's what's the high like and will the oxy's help with any sort of sleep.

Postie the Cat....who is a feral Tabby Tom cat that was rescued on the loading docks of the USPS postal facility , , Rio Salado office Phx. AZ. 85034, as a week old kitten whos mommy cat had apparently died...probably from slamming heroin. After all, the post office we found him at was on 16 Street and Buckeye in Phoenix, AZ. A very bad neighborhood indeed.
Anyhow, Postie is up there in age and he has arthritis in his cat spine, tail, and even has arthritiis in his cat knees. Postie the Cat has been seeing a very compassionate and sympathetic doctor for pain management. Postie the Cat has been prescribed Oxycoodone IR, 30mg q. 4 h. PRN. In human, non medical terms, Postie the Cat can take 30mg Oxycodone IR 6 x's a day ...or every 4 hours as needed for breakthrough pain. He also gets MS Contin 30mg q 12h. So with all this dope running through Posties little cat veins, Postie finds himself very tired and a tad bit depressed. In order to give Postie a much needed catnip rush, he has been snorting a bit of Meth every couple of weeks. Postie has always been a snorter of his opiates, mainly because by the time he's had an 8 hour catnap, he finds himself in Opiate withdrawals. To get the drugs in his system quickly, he crushes and snorts his Oxy's. Postie prefers snorting his narcotic analgesics even when he's not in withdrawals. He finds that his chronic sinusitis has greatly diminished since he began snorting his pain meds. So, Postie the Post Office Cat told his fan club that in the 5+ years he's been on opiate pain meds, which he admittedly snorts up between his whiskers and up his Kitty Cat nose, he.has never had any respiratory issues related to snorting his Oxy's. Postie smokes about a pack of Catnip 27's a day. Postie does have mild Asthma, which was diagnosed when he was a wee little kitten. He was told to stay away from "Cats" as he was probably allerbgic to them. Postie was prescribed Advair 250/50 which he takes daily. This medicine has helped his Asthma so much, Postie is able to live with "Cats". He also has a . Pro Air rescue inhaler which he only has to use on rare occasions.
Postie the Post Office Cat from a very bad neighborhood indeed, wanted his new fans on this forum to know that he snorts a 30mg Oxy along with Meth/glass together about every other week. Now, keep in mind that Postie has been taking Oxycodones for 5+ years and it is prescribed by his wonderful "family" doctor. Postie has only good things to say about his ecperience mixing Meth with his Oxy's and snorting it all up between his whiskers into his kitty cat nose. Postie feels that a human who is already opiate tolerant should not have many adverse side effects from mixing a small "pick me up" small dose of Meth for an occasional mood and energy amplifier. He does caution all humans that opiates are addictive, but if prescribed by licensed physician for chronic pain, and only taking the amount prescribed can and should be safe. Even if a human mixes a bit of Meth with it. Postie wanted to say that a human can overdose on any drug, if not used as prescribed. He also said for all humans to be kind to one another and practice kindness to ll others because you never know when you might find yourself abandoned, lost, or like Postie orphaned in a very bad neighborhood, indeed.

I have done it one time and the other time I did it was right now. I always was scared too because I was worried I would overdose I've heard of people dying and it scares the s*** outta me but I do roxys evryday I hardly ever do meth or "dope" I had done 3 30s earlier today the last one I did was a couple hours ago and now I did some meth I wanted to get on here and read about what people went through. I already have a hard time breathing sometimes and I am having very short breath. Ill probably be ok these posts were very helpful.

Agreed, I've done one or the other. And frequently lately both at once! I'm alive and typing this reply? I would not recommend doing drugs if your not already! As was said previously! YOU WILL GET HOOKED! And it SUCKS! I will rob u of your $ health family and possiably your freedom. Anyhow if your careful and moderate your dose's you will probably enjoy the buzz as much as I do.

I did both together, frequently, for years. Medically speaking, I'm sure its not a great idea, but then not many physicians would advise smoking meth in the first place. HOWEVER, I gotta tell the whole truth. I never had an interaction problem (in truth they were wonderfully complimentary), but they each caught up with me on their own. Meth is really hard on your body. Years after quitting I found out what meth (and the dehydration that comes with it) does to your kidneys. Take it easy with it (and stay hydrated!). If you have never experienced opiate withdrawal count yourself as lucky and just stay away from Oxy's. The high is incredible, but the withdrawal is so God awful, and each time you withdraw it lasts longer. The third time I went through it the worst of it which normally fades after 3-4 days took two weeks. That finally did it for me. So there it is. I mixed the two more times than I could remember, and watched those around me do the same, without any interaction problems. I also ended up addicted to both, on and off for years, sometimes both together, sometimes just one. In and out of rehab. FINAL THOUGHT- I have known a lot of people doing those two drugs together over the years, but I have never known a single person to do them together and not end up addicted to one or both eventually. Oxycodone and Methamphetamine are both very potent drugs and yes, by abusing them there have been MANY BAD EFFECTS, a lot of which have resulted in FATAL overdoses.

Snorting a medication like Oxycodone not only causes you to ingest ALL of the dosage at once, much faster than intended, but you are also inhaling fillers from the tablets that ARE NOT meant to be kept in the human body, they are meant to be harmlessy expelled in your natural waste.

Over time these fillers clog your lungs and several people have died from this, coupled with the respiratory and cardiac depression that narcotics already cause as a side effect.

Methamphetamine causes your heart to race much faster than it is supposed to, which also increases your blood pressure. This is why people have suffered and died from heart attacks and strokes while using it.

By essentially coupling a speed with the depressant effects of a narcotic, you risk putting your body into shock and death if you don't receive prompt medical attention.
