Oxycodone M 30 Medications

I ,m prescribed Oxycodone 30mg each month for pain and have gotten different kinds of them and I know that they say the same ingredients in all of them. But I know what work the best for me and I don't want to go back to the 40or 80mg .I,m hoping you mite know what stores the pharmacy distribute them to I live in the Seattle, Tacoma Washington area Thank you for your help.

First of my heart goes out to all my fellow chronic pain sufferers. No one knows what we live with. I took Norco for 5ys. for arthritis severe low back pain. Then I was dx'd with massive peripheral nerve damage. The pain became horrible. So he put me on methadone 30mg 3 times a day along with the Norco 10/325 that I was already taking. I became tolerant to the Norco in about 2 more years. Now I'm taking Percocet 10mg q 4hrs. My doctor stopped the methadone because she says it changes the heart arrthmymia in post menopausal women. I'm 62yrs. old. So now the Percocet alone is not controlling the pain. I read that some one was prescribed Oxycodone and hydrocodone together. Does anybody know if this done commonly ?
