Oxycodone A 51

I received an A 51 oxy 30 but my pill has a rounded A. The pictures online.have a pointed A. Is this fake?

If you didn't receive it from a licensed U.S. drug store, then yes, it is questionable. This medication is often faked and others have reported having tablets with the rounded A, as well, though that is not shown in any of the databases.

The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
