The difference between them is that this one doesn't contain the added the Acetaminophen, which helps the Oxycodone work better, the one marked K18 only contains 5mgs of Oxycodone. It may help with your pain, but without the Acetaminophen it may not work as well for you, the only way to find out is to try it.
And the size of pill really has nothing to do with what's in it or how well it will work. Manufacturers use many fillers and binders in their pills, so some are much larger than they have be, without containing any more active ingredients.
Oxycodone may cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
