It is not safe to inject any medication that has not been specially formulated to use as an injection. Most of them contain fillers, as well as the active ingredient and not all of these fillers are meant to be broken down by the human body.

Normally, they are just expelled as waste, however, injecting them creates the risk of blockages, which could lead to stroke or embolism.
