Oxycodone 30mg Script Help

I live in New Jersey and I'm prescribed to 30 milligrams and I am trying to find a pain management doctor who will prescribe me it..I had a horrible spinal cord injury back in 2005 and again in 2011 and now I have multiple bulging and herniated discs along with spinal stenosis and foraminal stenosis and narrowing along with muscle spasms neurogenic pain and fibromyalgia yet I still can't get what I need they still for some reason continue to prescribe me 20 milligrams 3 times a day which doesnt even left me 45 minutes and they know that well everyone else in that office who doesn't even have an injury nearly as severe as mine is getting 30 milligrams 4 to 6 times a day and oxycontin 60 milligrams 3 times a day long with fentanyl patches and diazepam although I get klonopin much does help but I need something that's gonna work better I also get Oxycontin 40 milligrams twice daily and I'm not having enough pain relief with it i would like to try zohydro i heard it works way better than oxycontin and as much as I try to tell the doctor they just don't care does anyone know a doctor in New Jersey that well I actually help me with what I need if you do please email me my email is {edited for privacy} thank you

If this Dr is giving patients 30mg IR 4-6 x day, 60mgER 3XDAY + Fent patches, the Dr is over prescribing and will be getting flagged for it. The max amount of ER is 2xday and there is no reason they should be prescribing an additional ER (Fent patch) med...the reason you are only getting 20mg IR 3xday along with 60mg ER 2xday is because they are prescribing it CORRECTLY to you. NO Dr, especially in NJ, is going to give you more than what you are currently being prescribed unless you have cancer or are terminally ill. The only thing they will do is either remove the ER all together and increase the IR or reduce the IR and increase the dosage of the ER.
You should be on a medication for fibro (like Lyrica or Neurontin / Gabapentin <--- generic for Neurontin) which would help that pain hence elminating the need for any increase of the IR or ER meds you are currently on.
FYI - Not doubting your pain or the need for pain meds but if you expect to receive all of those meds that other patients are supposedly receiving, I would say you are just looking for more opiates and you will be flagged as a drug seeker in NJ.
Too many people are getting hooked on such high doses of these meds and complain that they cannot get what another person is getting or that their pain isn't as bad as mine and I need what they are getting etc, etc. saying the Dr's do not understand and getting pissed at the Dr for doing their job and NOT overprescribing by giving you what you think you need vs what you actually need and what is SAFE for you.
