Oxycodone 30 Mg Ir Vs Morphine 30mg Ir

I am wondering if you guys can help me. What is the comparison of 30mg oxycodone IR vs 30mg morphine instant release. Say I take 3 30mg oxycodone, how many 30mg instant morphine would I need?

Oxycodone is one and half times stronger than Morphine, so for each 30mg Oxycodone, you'd need 45mgs of Morphine, or for 90mgs, you'd need 135mgs of Morphine.

Both are narcotics, so you should make sure that you aren't taking more than your doctor has prescribed, because they can cause depression of the central nervous system, as well as respiratory depression.
