Oxycodone 2.5 Mg 325

I was wondering how many 2.5 mg 325 oxycodone can I take at one time? I normally use 30-50mg a time each day to maintain my pain.

Hi Connie,

Based on my research, the usual adult dosage for Percocet 2.5/325 is one or two tablets every 6 hours- the maximum daily dose is 12 tablets. The daily dose of acetaminophen should not exceed 4 grams. Be sure to only take the amount that has been prescribed to you by a doctor.
