My husband is on OxyContin because he is disabled is there anyway to fill out a form for help of payment for these? Every year we try to find an insurance company to help out with paying for these and they are way over our heads.

If he is disabled, file for SSDI. Medicare covers the medication.
Thank God for Medicare, Medicaid, Part D, and being poor. I don't pay for a thing.
Hi. My name is Betsy. I was on oxconyin for approx. 4 years. I couldn't afford it so I did some research, and The Purdue Pharmaceuticals was my Angel. Go on the internet for Perdue, Patient Assistance (Programs) and depending o how much income u make. (u have to make a fortune-not to be eligible); take the forms to Your Doctor, he will fill them out and sign, either 1-3 months of script/for each medication (I had 1 only, the Oxytocin 40 mg) nt Dr., he will give u prescriptions (1-3 mos. Worth, depending on how backed up Perdue is), I was Also another meds, none of were very expensive, but theres help w/every pharmaceutical co.Perdue costs me just $25, I had to send the paperwork to qualify only once yearly, and a script from my Dr.,and the money order every month.,and they ship it to urgent house by Fed-Ex within days! Please try it, I know they still do it, u just have to lookup Perdue co.Perdue Patient Assistance Program. I hope this info. Helps.!
I use my florida discount drug card it's free for anyone in florida who makes hardly any money I'm on unemployment now but that card with a script of 30 pilss saves me like $80 you can also go on there an check drug prices for any drug too. but do your husband have insurance by him being disabled he should be getting free medication I've been laid off for a month now and I'm between insurance and it sucks oxycontin cost too damn much money. online you punch in discount drug coupons and get all kinds of discounts believe me I've tried every damn thing and nothing save me like a huge amount of money but it helps damn I miss having insurance with a $40 co pay for my oxy's damn I miss it
Purdue Pharma does have a patient assistance program, that may be able to help you, but only if you have no other type of prescription insurance.
The other criteria include that you must be a U.S. resident and have an income at, or below 200% of the federal poverty level.
His doctor would need to request an application and there are sections that both the doctor and patient have to sign, the doctor then sends the application with a prescription attached. If you meet the eligibility criteria, the medication will be shipped to your home.
To get the application for the program, his doctor can call them at 1-800-599-6070.
