Okay I've got one of these from a friend because my backs been in pain a few days out of the week usually. Last week I took about 5 vicodin in 2 days.. But this is a 30op oxy and ive never messed with something this strong.. So what I'm getting at.. Is it safe for me to take this knowing I have a low tolerance? I'm about 100lbs..

If you have a low tolerance to narcotics, taking this could be risky, due to the fact that it can cause depression of the central nervous system and since Oxycodone is very potent, the starting dose is usually much lower.
