What is this? Oxycodone or maybe Morphine or what?/

Oxmor sounds like Oxymorphone but I don't know for sure. Just my 2 cents. Most likely some sort of narcotic found in your system.

What I am hearing from a toxocolgy person, it is most likely oxycodone metabolite and the 426 refers to the number of metabolites found. It could be any opioid however.
