Ovral L- Direction Arrows In It Is Vital?

I have been advised to take Ovral-L tablet for two months by one of the doctor. In that, I took first month correctly. Then in my second set of tablets, I missed the direction given by arrows in last 7 days. Is it ok or it should not have been done? Will it have any negative effect in my periods?

I have been suggested ovral G for 3 months to regulate cycle and as a contraceptive. After taking ovral g for 20 days i had intercourse without a condom. should i take some i-pill also on the 24th day for additional protection?
