Overdose Of Cardace-am 5mg

I accidentally took a Cardace-AM 5mg tablet instead of my Citelrecine tablet, used for a cold I've had for the past 3 days at a dosage of 2 tablets per day. My blood pressure has been normal always. What side effects could arise as a result of this mistake?

The NIH warns that your blood pressure may drop lower than normal, which could cause you to experience dizziness, drowsiness, and shallow breathing.

How are you doing? Did you experience any adverse effects?
