Hello Ty,

I'm not aware of any OTC medications that can help boost white blood cell count, however I can still offer some advice that may be able to help you. Based on my research, low white blood cell counts are indicative of a suppressed immune system. This means that your diet most likely plays a huge role in keeping the immune system strong and the white blood cell count at a healthy level. I recommend that you to start eating more fresh fruits and vegetables (or juice them), whatever is easiest for you. There are also plenty of dietary supplements that can possibly help to boost your immune system.

Here is an article that talks about how to naturally boost immunity and white blood cell count: naturalnews.com/028275_white_blood_cells_immune_function.html

I hope this info helps!
