Oval White Pill With P500 One Side And Blank On Other

The pill is white oval and has P500 on one side and blank on the other side. Is it some type of medical pill or narcotic?

Hi Renee,

According to the following National Drug Code (49035-457) with the imprint listed as TCL341 P500, that is reported to be an Equate brand 500mg Acetaminophen Extra Strength tablet; sold OTC at Walmart. Is this what you have?

This is Ciprofloxacin 500 mg it is used to treat all types of bacterial infections and then some respiratory infections.

This is a bit confusing since in the case of the Cipro, it is a white tablet with P on one side and 500 on the other (versus the P500 being on the same side of the tablet). P on one side and 500 on the other is Ciprofloxacin 500 mg (an antibiotic). NDC 16571-412.
