Hey Rick, thanks for your feedback on this.
For other readers here, my investigation leads me to believe that this is a product of India that goes by the name Eriacta (sildenafil) 100mg. However, their version is reportedly square and not oval - but otherwise fits this description.
From what I can tell, most blue viagra tablets are triangular in shape and can easily be identified with a quick google search. So I would caution against anything that doesn't appear to be similar to that depiction.
