what is this pill (arrow on one side and c 40 on the other) used for? someone dropped one on my bathroom floor

From what I could gather, I strongly believe that this pill is Citalopram (40 mg). The primary reason I don't know for certain is because I haven't located a photo of the pill to verify the arrow-like marking on the back. However the imprint "C 40" on a white oval pill is identified as Citalopram (40 mg). The manufacturer of this pill is Cobalt Laboratories.
