Have found an orange coloured oblong tablet with only a B marking on one side, please tell me what it is.

Hi Millie,

B is a pretty vague imprint..but I have found a possible match. The pill I've located is Simvastatin (20 mg); which comes as an oval orange pill with the imprint B 302 lightly engraved on the front and 20 on the back. It's very possible that there were other imprints that got rubbed off at some point..where is the B imprint on your pill? Is it centered or on the left or right side? If this isn't your pill, I can run a another search...
